It’s a girl!

I will post clips from the ultrasound when I get a chance but we thought we’d make sure and let everyone know we’re having a girl. We had the ultrasound last Tuesday, luckily. (that’s a story we don’t need to tell – Let’s just say it was the second day of my new job we ended up being almost an hour late). We’re excited and nervous to have a girl. I was hoping we would be able to pass all of Jackson’s clothes down to the next child. We’ll just have fun finding cute girl clothes.

Everything appears to be healthy and normal. The technician did a very thorough check of all the vitals. We’ll even get another ultrasound next month because she couldn’t get a great view of some vessels near the heart.

In other news – I’ve been at my new job for a week now. I take a bus from Riverton to downtown Salt Lake every day then I have to take trax up to the U. The company is Aculus and they’re working on getting an office downtown which will be right by one of the bus stops so I will have a direct ride to work. The people here are nice and the work will be challenging. So far I’ve just been learning and adjusting.

  1. Congrats you guys! Girls are a lot of fun but get ready for a little more drama in your life! Even with all the drama, we love our girl and don’t know what we would do without her!

  2. Congrats on the baby girl! Start thinking about what color(s) you want me to make her blanket.

So what exactly do you do at this new job?

  3. Yippee – another girl. Seems like we are having gender batches. Your little girl will put the girls ahead by one.
Post a brief job description for all of us to understand what it is you do.
