Stubz Fitness Challenge

I’m not dead. I was on vacation. I ended my summer job and now I’m sitting in my first class on the first day of my last semester of computer engineering. It’s an 8 am class so we’ll see how often I make it. I’ll probably use this class to post on the blog.

I’m looking for people that want to join my fitness challenge. It is a 12-week challenge. For those that want to join just email me and maybe send me a before picture. After you join, each week you will send me how many miles you’ve walk or jogged. 15 minutes of other cardio activity will count as 1 mile. You’ll also send me how many pounds you lost that week plus how many inches you’ve lost in your chest, waist, hips, thigh and arm. At the end I will give a certificate to the person who clocks the most miles and one for the person that changes the most in size and if you submit a before and after picture we’ll let everyone vote on who has changed the most.

Each week I will post everyone’s results so you can push yourself to compete with the rest of the group.

  2. I need to lose some weight and get back in shape. I used to run 4 miles about 2-3 times a week and haven’t run in several months. I’m probably about 60 lbs overweight right now so I plan to lose about 30 lbs or so in the long run. A lot of people I know are in the same boat so I figured I’d help motivate everyone have a support group.
