Nesting
Take a look at the ticker above. 16 days to go. Sarah told me she’s ready. Yesterday I came home to the cleanest house ever. She cleaned everything! I don’t know where she got the energy because she has been exhausted lately. Do you think she is “nesting”? So this baby better come before we mess the house up again. Sarah has been having contractions for the past couple weeks and a week ago she was a “1”. She has another checkup tomorrow. I’m betting she’s a 2-3 tomorrow. We are hopeful this baby will come on her own.

He really needs to start talking. He gets mad when we don’t know what he wants but we can’t read his mind all the time. He is using a lot of words now.
More = Moo
Blue = Boo
Red = Re
Bob (the builder) = Baa
Ball = Baa
Dad = Da
Mom = Ma
No = No (he knows this one really well)
Yes = Uh huh
He has shown a lot of interest in the toilet so we got him a potty chair so he doesn’t fall in. Even though he sits on the toilet a few times a day he only went potty once. Not an once of which made it in the toilet. His favorite part is getting TP and wiping then flushing it down. It will be really weird if he’s potty trained before he can talk.

cannot wait to hear about baby! And to see your house.. we will have to come for a visit sometime. Tristan used the potty before he talked well. He just didn’t like to be “dirty!” Good luck Jackson!

Sounds promising. Hoping all goes well with the arrival of your new little one. I mailed off her blanket today, so it should be there in a couple of days. And good luck with the talking and potty stuff.
I remember thinking the same thing about Price. C’mon kid, you really need to talk. As soon as he turned two he really started talking more and more everyday. Just be patient…it will happen. Good Luck Sarah! Come on baby!
It has been my experience that toddlers say a lot more than you think. Parents just don’t understand what it is they are saying or are too distracted. Hoping baby makes an appearance soon. I am finishing up her quilt today 🙂
Yea, Baby! I’m super excited for the baby news to come. Hope you guys are loving Arizona. I’m sure it will be really nice to be close to family when this baby comes. Good luck!
