New House
We move in Feb 1. This house will be 10x better than our house in Riverton. There’s a pool, an awesome swing set, 5 bedrooms and a real master bath. Oh and a living room. We are excited to get a little more established. The house in Riverton still hasn’t had any offers. We are set to drop the price by the end of the week if there are no offers. Thankfully we still have some breathing room and can drop the price quite a bit before we start losing some of the money we put into it. Let’s hope we don’t have to go that far though.

Awesome! You guys are so lucky. Good luck on selling the Utah house. That’s what we’re trying to do right now too. Have you thought about renting it out?
