Gone is the honest man. I did have a good experience with Hotwire. Booked a hotel with them then read the reviews on Trip Advisor about the hotel (you don’t know what hotel you are getting until the booking is complete). All were negative, and one even said “Alfred Hitchcock is alive, and wants his hotel back.” So I called Hotwire and they checked out the reviews, then refunded my money and took the hotel off their preferred list. Just follow through with bad customer service and let the powers that be know you are unhappy.
